Open Master-class Workshops

A key feature of these special events are the open Master Class Workshops that Dancestreams offers to any and all dancers particularly accessible for regional dance schools. For these events guest professional artists from many different disciplines in the performing arts (Flamenco, Musical Theatre, Jazz, Voice, Drama, Modern, and Ballet) increase the level of professional development available for the surrounding regions. It is the hope of Dancestreams that this service will benefit as many people as possible and further recognize and  highlight the important contribution that Arts and Culture make in the life of healthy communities.

Community Master Classes

From time to time, Dancestreams Artistic staff conduct free master classes and workshops to introduce ballet or modern dance to children in communities without access to formal dance training. Typically, these workshops are conducted in communities such as the Gulf Islands.
